Get instant notifications and fast access to deals as they are announced over at Amazon UK, as well as notifications for your 'Watched & Waitlisted Deals'. Simply add items to your Watchlist and you will get a push notification when a deal is found.
Tip 2 - Amazon Assistant
Not everyone is able to have access to their mobile phones at home or work, so Amazon created a handy little desktop app called the Amazon Assistant which can be installed on your laptop or PC and provides up-to-date information about their deals. It's a great tool if you are busy working but still want to track deals at the same time.
Tip 3 - Student Discount
Students not only get a six-month free Amazon Prime trial but they pay 50% less for prime membership. Student membership costs just £3.99 per month or £39 per year for four years or until you graduate, whichever comes first. So if there's a student in the house, it's worth getting them to sign up and getting them to place all your orders.

Tip 5 - Lightning Deals
New deals will go live every 5 minutes for the entire duration of Prime Day (usually 30 - 48hours). When you check out the Lightning Deals at Amazon, you'll see a bar that once it hits 100% all the items have been sold.
If you do place an order after 100% has been reached, you'll be placed on the waiting list. Although Lightning deals are available daily at Amazon, they will be much better during Prime day.
